Weddings typically involve 20-40 hours of preparation, while private events may need anything from minimal to extensive planning, depending on your preferences. Each event cost reflects the time and attention needed to meet our high standards for excellence.

Planning time
Not every event is the same. It could be I just show up and play, or we could spend time planning out all the details and executing them flawlessly at the event taking it to that next level. This is something we talk about in the sales meeting and I will quote based on the time need. My starting prices include the minimum time needed and do cover most events I do.
Grand Openings
Corporate Grand Re-Opening Take your grand opening or re-opening to the next level. We can come in and set up small sound system and entertain during the event. The great news is these normally happen during the week days so we can offer better pricing.

Lighting
Up lighting and Enhanced Lighting Wow your guests as they walk into your fabulous reception with the room completely glowing in the color of your choice. These visual effects will total transform the room to be more romantic, warm and inviting. Then just as the party is starting to take off, our wireless control can have the whole room dance in color to the sound of the music.

Photo booth
Photo booth fun! Our photo booth is an open style that comes with fantastic and fun props as well as an enthusiastic photo attendant to care for all your needs and make sure your day runs smooth. Available with prints for each guest or with Digital copies shared with each guest.
